WELLTOP GROUP
The core businesses of Welltop Group span the full industrial supply chain, covering sectors such as non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals, recycled resources and metallurgical materials, engineering materials, equipment and spare parts, energy and chemical products, home appliances and electronic products, lithium battery recycling and resource recovery, centralized procurement and supply chain coordination, logistics, and warehousing. Through specialized integration and market-oriented operations, the Group has developed a diversified and integrated business structure centered on supply chain services, underpinned by manufacturing operations, and strengthened by coordinated domestic and overseas businesses.
GCEC
Founded in 2007, Guangzhou Chemical Exchange Center Co., Ltd., (GCEC for short) is a bulk commodities trading platform established under the planning of the Guangzhou Municipal Government. Over the past five years, the company has strategically focused on chemical new materials and safety and emergency management, generating cumulative revenue of more than RMB 60 billion (approximately USD 8.83 billion). It has led the investment in Guangzhou’s first comprehensive emergency industry complex, established the Guangzhou Safety Production Qualification Examination Service Center, and operates the Greater Bay Area’s first large-scale public emergency and safety experience center. The company currently has seven controlled subsidiaries.
GIIHG INTERNATIONAL
As the overseas platform of GIIHG, GIIHG International is headquartered in Hong Kong, with regional presence across the Greater Bay Area, the Middle East, and Europe. The company supports GIIHG’s global growth by serving as a business and capital platform for the Group’s international expansion. Working closely with GIIHG’s subsidiaries and business units, GIIHG International helps turn the Group’s manufacturing strengths, industrial services, and investment resources into commercial opportunities in global markets. Its work focuses on overseas business development, cross-border investment and capital initiatives, global brand building, partnership development, and local project execution.
GIIPD
Founded in 2025, GIIHG Industrial Park Development Group Co., Ltd. (GIIPD for short) is the exclusive industrial park operation platform of GIIHG. It manages 33 industrial parks in Guangzhou covering 1.38 million square meters, specializing in full-life-cycle park services including asset revitalization, intelligent operation, industrial incubation and capital matching. With four major park product series and a five-tier enterprise service ecosystem, it delivers all-round industrial empowerment for manufacturing enterprises from seed phase to mature expansion.
